I bought a thermaltake big water 745 on ebay for $70 shipped on ebay. I currently have it only hooked up to my AMD 1090T 6 core processor. I also intend to add 2 EK water block GTX 760s. Currently i find my AMD 6 core processor at 40C which my heat sink use to keep it at 34C. I plan on adding a 4600RPM delta fan to the 120MM radiator when i can go to the hardware store tomorrow. the one that's on there is weak currently.

The current setup is
400L an hour Thermaltake water pump
1 120MM radiator
3/8 ID tubing

Future setup
120MM radiator
240MM radiator
2 GTX 670 waterblocks
AMD 1090T 6 core processor
North Bridge cooler

please let me know if i should add a bigger water pump or a second one

here is a pic of the kit i got

Well perhaps I chose my wording poorly. It isn't that they are of low quality (I don't know at all about their quality) what I mean is, they are 1. Aluminum radiators (yes, I know they have copper cores but the fins, the part that cools, are aluminum which is inferior to copper) and 2. They are very thin, like 30mm or so. Compare that to an industry standard like say alphacool's UT60s which are all copper and twice as thick. What I am trying to say is that even with the very best of radiators your cooling system is going to be overwhelmed; I don't see any way at all that those radiators are going to dissipate the over 600 watts that you will be throwing at them. It may seem fine at first when your system is mostly idle but as soon as the gtx760s start heating up your system is going to overheat.
