Changing Cpu heatsink

my cpu heatsink is getting very loud and very annoying and i feel like im slowly damaging my cpu by still using the stock heatsink. im currently running a amd fx 8350 and i have a budget of 150£ to spend on a new heatsink and because my current one is the loadest thing in my bloody case i want to go for something very effiecient that will withstand oc of up to 5ghz but will be quiet.

If you are overclocking that high then I recommend you Corsair H100i.... Because overclocking to 5Ghz with an aftermarket heatsink would be link wasting money... So better you should seek for water coolers... Which case you are having? Does it have the capability to mount the H100i ? Because if you are not having a good case you then would not be able to overclock till 5.. If you could specify your pc, I would be able to choose a decent cooler much easier...
