Updating Asrock Bios

Hello everyone!

I've been trying to update my BIOS. I have an Asrock board. I've downloaded the file and it is a .70 type. According to videos, and their website, I'm simply suppose to place the extracted file onto a fat32 flashdrive, go to my bios, click on instant flash, and let it go. When I go to instant flash however is to tells me there are no supported devices. Any suggestions?

Looks like all H61 chipset series have only Instant Flash
YOu have to make this work - change the USB port you`r using
In most of mobos the two that are below the LAN port are working under BIOS - try those
Don`t use the Blue - USB 3.0
Then try both in the left
I see you can start by hitting F2 or F6 try this to
