You will sadly need to at least upgrade to an i5, but nothing more really. The 780 is a great card, and with an i5 the increase in speed will be enourmous....you will ALSO be recommended to upgrade your psu to at least a 600 watt...your 450 will be slightly strained by the new setup, but this part is up to you

Also will my Motherboard work with this?

I agree that your i3 would bottleneck your card... but... I know you would like the 780 card but your psu would need to be upgraded aswell. If your looking to just do "enough"... I'll go for the GTX 770. Im running it on my setup with an i7-4770k with a 450w power supply with no issues at all. It is more efficient on its graphical power output to the watt it consumes.

Will a gtx 770 work on ultra settings on most games such as Black flag , BF4 , Bioshock Infinite
and is the gtx 770 futureproof?

The motherboard will work assuming the socket is 1150 i believe...i will google it quickly...and according to the internet, it should be compatable with a 4670 or 4670k (both i5)

The speed difference between the i3 and the i5 is actually quite nice, while the speed difference between the 780 and the 770 is equally nice XD all depends on your budget my friend

Oh yeah:D , the only games you wont really be able to max to the 9's are crysis 3 and the whitcher 2 with supersampleing (incredibly inefficient anyways)

and even crysis 3 you will be able to max at 1080p, but you will just have to turn down the antialiasing a bit

BUT, the 770 will still be slightly bottlenecked by that i3 (might lose 20-25% performance vs the i5) , but if you stick to just the i5 and 770 you may not need to upgrade your psu (you will know right away if you do or not once you start a demanding game and it either crashes, or runs fine) Futureproofing is kinda a meh term these days. The 770 is significantly faster than either of the consoles that just came out if that helps you think about the "future"

It's a subtle upgrade that will give you a massive performance increase :)
