"Good" GPU is really subjective. For $96, you will get a lower end mid range card. Not even close to enough to max out new games with even 30+fps. I can link all the cards you want me to, but the bottom line is they won't be very good at all.

With that said, this is about as good as it gets on that budget: Just under 96 after rebate.

If you can spare $115, I'd go this route:

I want DDR3 Bro.

Why would you want worse VRAM?

Try to find a MSI 970A-G43 mobo, it will be cheaper than what you had and will still get the job done, leaving you more money for GPU, or another 4GB of RAM.

Get this so you have 3000rs more to budget:
http://www.flipkart.com/search?q=msi+970a-g43+motherboa...

Now after that change, what is your remaining GPU budget in rs?

It's about INR 8000

That's really not much to work with, man. Honestly you would benefit more from waiting and saving up more money. Don't rush a build just to get it done.

I know these GPU aren't very good but I want to know is it better to have cheaper GPU with 2gb memory or a little expensive with 1gb memory

Well VRAM isn't usually the deciding factor on how strong a card is. A card with 1GB can destroy a card with 2GB. When you buy a card this cheap, pretty much all of them are gonna be bad for modern gaming. It generally takes AT LEAST $300 dollars to make out all current games with good frame-rates. Generally a little more even.
