Go to the start button and search dxdiag and run it. Go to the display tab and it will tell you your current gpu model.

It's a laptop. You should only install drivers from your laptop manufacturer. Your laptop (apparently) only supports Windows Vista. There are no Windows 7 drivers available for your system. This is why searching for drivers online failed.

Go Here and select your precise laptop model number.
Click on the Drivers link
On this page, select your operating system. If Windows 7 is listed, select that. If not, select Windows Vista (not the Vista 64-bit) and click Next.
Expand the tree for Drivers-Graphics and select the appropriate driver download package (either Intel or NVidia) based on the results of the DXDIAG run.

This may or may not work as HP does not officially support Windows 7 for your laptop.
