I recently built my first pc and it ran fine for a month...Now it won't turn on. I have tried a different working motherboard and psu. When the cpu is out the fans run but when I put it in they spin once than stop. Is it even possible for an intel chip to fry at stock settings?
Possibly dead cpu?

Are there any beeps or error codes displayed on the motherboard that you could look up in your manual?
