So i'm building a computer quite soon, and i already have the Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7870 which i ordered about a week ago, but i was thinking is it worth getting something like a Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 7750 too? Also, will crossfire with these two cards actually work?

No, you can only crossfire GPUs in the same series. Like two 79XX cards or two 78XX cards.

You have it backwards. It can be any brand but it needs to be the same series. The worse of the 2 GPUs will be the used clock speeds and if they have different vram the lower ones vram will be used.

Actually, I'm right. I don't have it backwards. You could NOT crossfire those two GPUs.
