Good cooler for FX-8350 (Probable overclocking)

Hi all,
I recently built my first ever gaming PC. My initial plan was to deal with the stock cooler with the fx-8350 for a few months to allow some funds to recoup. After putting up with the fan for one day, I've decided I cant take it any more, it is just too loud. So I was wondering what is the best cooler I should buy if I am planning to overclock this chip. It needs to fill these three requirements; Be significantly quieter than the stock cooler, cost no more than $150AU (Price of a corsair h100i) and be capable of overclocking this chip to at least 4.6 ghz at reasonable temperatures. I was also going to purchase an extra case fan as my case currently only has two.
PC specs
Case - Bitfenix ronin
CPU - FX-8350
Mobo - Asus M599X Evo R2
Ram - G skill ares 2*4Gb
GPU - Gigabyte R9280X
PSU - Antec HCG 900W
All answers are appreciated, thank you.
Oh, and if it's any help, my preferred shop is umart as I live in Australia.

How about a closed loop liquid cooler? What case do you have in mind? a H100i would serve you unbelievably well with 4 fans on it, presuming the case you want will fit it. Said case will need to have 2 120mm fan blowholes directly in line and next to eachother. I use an older H50 with extra fans and idle about 11 degrees C. The max I ever hit with this cooler was 60 C after 12 hours of stress testing at 4.5 GHZ.

Thanks for your response. Just a couple questions; does majority of this coolers potential come from the two fans? It's not that I don't like the look of them, it's just that they wouldn't really suit my colour scheme (not that it's a particularly consistent one), and the fact that my case has a window means that it might kinda look like crap. I'm all for having a high performance machine over looks, however there is as limit . Also, my ram is pretty low profile but I just wanted to check if you thought that could be a potential issue. Finally, would the cooler put a lot of strain on the motherboard? I'm asking because the only reason I was considering going with AiO liquid cooling is because it placed very little strain on the motherboard and I heard it yielded better overclocking results. Thanks again for your response and the amount of effort you put in to include pictures and links.

Thanks for the answer, I don't mind spending a decent amount on cooling if it going to improve my overall experience. Also I believe that I only have room for a pull configuration when using the h100i and potentially a push pull when using the h80i. Do you know if this makes one of them more desirable over the other and do you know if both system are quiet, because if I am going to spend 150 bucks on a cooling system, I'd rather not have to go out and buy more quiet optimised fans. Thanks for the quick response.

I have been using the h100i for over 3 months now and i can say it was a very good choice. I rarely have to turn the fans up past the quiet setting. I currently only have two fans but it is more than enough for my situation. Thank you for everyone who has responded and i can happily recommend the h100i.
