hi.. some one help me pls...
when i connect vga to my graphics card the monitor shows check signal cable message but when i connect it to my cpu the monitor works fine.. what could be the problem? someone answer pls...

still using vga in 2013? ouch.. time to switch to DVI, also if the monitor works if you connect it to mobo, then it must be the gpu, perhaps the vga port is defective? try connecting via DVI and see if it works

read carefully...he said his vga display works when he connects it to the mobo...

disable integrated graphics in the bios and device manager...make pcie device as your priority display in your bios

my gpu worked fine wen connected to my friends mobo.. how do i check the vga port is defective?
