This is my first custom PC build, and any comments, thoughts and opinions would be great. I want to have a high enough FPS to be able to capture gameplay and then edit it. Hoping to keep it under $1000 (ideally $850).

i would swap gpu to http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp43765kr
there is no advantage over 4GB ram on gtx 760
