Windows 7 64 bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
16384MB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

My specs of my pc will provide move info if needed.

I bought a pre-built computer off Newegg about 1 year ago, and I noticed a freezing issue after installing and playing World of Warcraft. That was the first time it happened to me. I was using some piece of junk and I didn't want to return this because it was so much better then my old rig. (Which I regret now) But the problem never went away, over the year I've read so many post stating the same stuff but nothing works it seems.

When the computer freezes the screen basically "freezes" and sound cuts off instantly and I have to hard restart my computer every time.
The freeze happens whenever it wants, there is no set time of the day. It usually happened once every 2-3 days while gaming and it happens sometimes 4 times a night while streaming videos on netflix.

People say it could be overheating, I bought more fans for my case.
People say it could be a bad Graphic card, I replaced my Card (GTX 550 TI > Radeon 7850)
People say it could be bad ram, I replaced my RAM 3 times now. Now using g.skills Ripjaws (8gb > 16gb)

My idle temp sits at 27 - 33 C
I updated my Graphic card driver a few times already.
Reinstalled Silverlight for netflix.
Cleared cookies, etc. etc.

I've basically had it looking through others peoples post and not finding answers for the issue.

Please ask if you need more information.

What exactly am I looking for in Bios settings, I honestly don't know what I am looking for when it comes to bios. And what drivers could you be talking about? I'm not too tech savvy on software.
