So I was looking at the FX-6300 initially but then I saw Watch Dogs System Requirements (which said 8350 is recommended). So now which option is better if I plan to overclock either of them (with a Hyper 212) even though Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 is not a overclocking motherboard.

Also, Does the Asus motherboard have internal USB3 headers, If no substitute it with a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P.

If possible FX-6300 with 80$ motherboard will be great as I can upgrade to a Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD then.

Rest of My Build:

Kingston Black 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz RAM
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
Kingston SSDNow V300 60GB SSD
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 Windforce Editon
NZXT Phantom 410
Seasonic Eco Series 600W PSU
LG DVD/CD Writer

The Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 is perfect for the Hyper 212 evo...
Both are good for around 4.4-4.5...The VRM's aren't that great(no heat-sinks...but you can add some some afterwards as I did) but I haven't had problems with around 8 months use with a 4.5 O.C.
I got the thing due to restrictions my self...ATT I had a choice between any 990FX MoBo and a 7850 or the M5A97 LE 2.0 with a 7870 tahiti LE...
The SSD is well worth the cutback IMO.

Also, it does have 2 USB 3.0 headers.
