Question guys before I buy my new gaming RIG

I will be using the FX 6300 and I'am in a budget, so Currently Im planning to buy the Asrock 990FX Extreme 3 is this mobo fine? Because I will not be overclocking. so any MOBO suggestions? ad this will be my first build BTW.

Heres my set up

FX 6300
Asrock 990FX Extreme
1TB HDD
650W PSU
r9 270x
Tempest NZXT 410

Im abit above my budget thats why I still need to save some money but It would be great if you can tweak it a little bit for the price to go lower.

I really like the Tempest 410 good airflow, Is my PSU overkill or its enough to support my rig?

Solution

Yes, that PSU is fine
Yes, it should work right out of the box.
About the case, the Tempest isn't a very good case, especially considering the price. There are some better options for less $:

Honestly, I'd go for the second...

I picked the corsair VS 650w is that okay? Will that mobo works right out the box for my FX 6300 or not? Because I read some of them dont and needs a BIOS update.

Still above my budget but changing the mobo saved me a lot of bucks as for the Casing any case that is cheaper than tempest 410 that has good airflow and side panel with 3.0 USB?

Which is better mobo Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 or asrock 970 extreme 3?

Honestly, I'd go for the second one. Absolutely smashing price for what it offers. The only problem with it is that some people don't like the military style, but if you can get past it, it's the case to get.

And finally, I prefer the Asus motherboard

Well, I'm having a hard time trying to find a windowed case for less than $50 :p
But you will eventually get tired of the LEDs. A gaming PC isn't supposed to be a visual masterpiece, but a perfomance masterpiece.
