Can the AsRock A55M-HVS support a PCI 3.0 x16 card? I am looking at getting the Radeon HD 7750 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16.

Taking a look at the manufacturer's specs I see this MOBO has one PCI-E 2.0 x16 slot. That 7750 should perform without well without any chance of a reaching a bottleneck. Happy video card shopping! =)

Thank you for your speedy reply! So, if I understand this correctly, I can get any PCIe 3.0 x16 card and it will function properly without reaching a bottleneck?

I did not write that you could use any PCI-E 3.0 card, I specifically mentioned the 7750. With that said, you could certainly install a more powerful GPU than the 7750 without fear of maxing out the PCI-E 2.0's theoretical bandwidth limit of 8GB/s. Just be sure you have a powerful enough PSU with enough PCI-E connectors(along with enough space to fit the GPU).
