Hi guys I want to upgrade my video card but I'm not sure if it's possible, I have problems whit games like Civ V and Skyrim :/ Some people say it's just my monitor (Syncmaster 2033SN)

My Acer it's a Ui7260W / Core i7-2600 CPU 3.40 GHz / 16 MB Memory / Intel(R) HD Graphics, DD 465 GB

Solution
Your monitor has nothing to do with how well the system runs games, the only thing may be if you run them at high resolutions, they will run slower than if you lower the resolution settings.

That model has a very weak power supply for most upgrades, a Radeon 7750 low profile card should work well for the system though.

Thanks man, in any case I supposse a Radeon 7750 is better than nothing. I assume it's not posible to change the power supply (??)

It's a small case, so finding a better power supply is tougher than normally, but if you look around you can find a better one. A 7750 is a good low end gaming card and will run all games, although with some you'd have to run on lower settings. Civ V and Skyrim it will handle great, at least at Medium settings if not higher, due to your CPU. There are games that are CPU hungry and those two are, so having a good CPU is as important as a good video card.
