I am not familiar with those, but I know in the past when I have uninstalled some anti virus programs they had left a software firewall driver in device manager that would cause internet loss. If you open device manager and in the view menu select show hidden devices, a Non-Plug and Play Drivers will appear in the list and click the + to expand it. Looked for something called Qucikheal in the list, if you see it uninstall it and reboot. Can you also please post a ipconfig \all and also are you able to ping your gateway 192.168.1.1 or ping google.com???

I noticed in the listing that you are not using DHCP, and that you have manually set you ip address, is your DNS also set manually, have the DNS servers changed. Are you able to ping google.com?
