I want to purchase this graphics card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... It is listed as a 3 PCI express card. My mother board is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 2-PCi. But it says it is a 2-PCI x16. Will i still be able to get the GPU above or will i not be able to. Also what does the 2PCi x16 mean.

I believe you may just being the 3 way SLI on the graphics card, not sure were you are getting the mobo specs, it may just mean that there are 2 PCI slots on the motherboard, in any case, this will be a compatible build. You will be fine with these two parts together.
