So, usually i would get even like 70 FPS on CS:GO but now it is going down to like 35 FPS. I'm playing on a laptop, here is my system:
HD 7610M (DirectX 11)
i3 2370M CPU
6144 MB RAM
1600X900 resolution

Thanks for the help :).
I appreciate it alot

Ha ha that is the riddle I am talking about, out of nowhere they will be messed up, and out of nowhere they will act as normal, as if nothing happened. Glad to hear that you are up and running. Have fun.

to get 100 fps type command in console fp_max 100.0 it should increase fps to 100 but if it doesn't go to your graphics control panel there set Image Rendering Setting to performance after doing that u may achieve 100 and more than 100

You can check it under CCC, your GPU's control panel, usually you would find it under Taskbar, or in Control Panel.

Or you can download the latest version of driver, depending upon your OS (32bit or 64bit of Win 7/8/8.1)http://www.driverscape.com/download/amd-radeon-hd-7610m
