premium is just the addon pack it needs the game as well. hence digital is probably better unless you can pick the game up in a sale.
i'm assuming you are talking about the digital deluxe?
if that is so, then digital deluxe is just the base game plus some battlepacks (and a few others), if you want all dlc's then you would still need to buy the premium.
i have the base game, and will buy premium soon (i play with clan mates, so it makes sense)
