Need help choosing a power supply

So, I'm having trouble picking a good power supply for the build I have. Looking for one that's around $70-$80 that can support it with no issues.

Here is an Antect 620 Watt on sale from amazon for $64 & free shipping, very great brand, semi modular with 5 year warranty.

Actually I just noticed if you scroll down to the bottom of the Amazon page, you can get your EVO 212 cooler, Antect 620 PSU and WD Blue 1 Tb HDD in the "frequently bought together" for $156 which is only 3 dollars more than it would be ordering it seperatly from other places, Plus it has free shipping!

Axlfone. That rosewill is oustanding (with 7 yr warranty and GOLD standard) but i found it at $84 (Ookakiba was looking for under that, and not sure what his state is +Tax and Shiping). The 3 Mentioned tend to be the most reliable ones with regards to the manufacturing process. Also forgot to mention Antec, but their price tag tends to be a bit hefty.
