I've planned on a build and totally forgot about the titan, but i had planned a gtx 780 x2 set up, which one is better? in terms of hard core games like, battlefield 4, ac4, cod ghosts , suggest me with every technical aspect possible
Wow! thats a pretty easy question to answer! of course que a couple of GTX 780. The TITAN is a pointless card for its price bracket. For 1000$, a couple of GTX 780 will destroy a Titan in everything, except power consumption. Also, for 700 bucks theres the GTX 780ti, which is FASTER than the Titan, so that´s a pretty sweet spot between the performance near of a couple GTX 780 and the consumption of a TItan.

i dont think ill ever need anything more http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ so this is my final build, the processor will be changed to the Intel 3.6 GHz LGA 2011 i7 4960X 4th Gen i could'nt find this on there so thanks guys, great help!
WAIT!! last question! how many pins is the dual 780 ti gonna need and does the processor provide it? i had to change my psu in the last minute coz of this for my last build
Pins? you mean lanes of PCI-E? Your processor will provide more than enought to run a Trio of cards. If you mean pins of your PSU, any respectable 1000w PSU will carry enough conectors to feed molti GPU setup. You are good to go dude.
