Missing options in NVIDIA Controlpanel

Hello. I have a problem with my nvidia control panel. I think im missing options.
I've seen posts from other people where the control panel looks like this : http://www.ultraimg.com/images/HJIBp.png :

But when i check mine it only looks like this (danish letters) : http://i.imgur.com/kNAJpDI.jpg :
Also the tab "set phyx configuration" is alot different than others where mine looks like this : http://i.imgur.com/QoK5mOS.jpg :

I have my monitor plugged into the HDMI stick, and i read that this uses some kind of technology that uses CPU card and GPU card. Thanks.

The GTX 555 is actually a TIER 3 Graphics Card. These cards are generally not Overclockable and usually doesn't come with a fan( but it can, I'm not sure). So they cut the user off the extra options which can be found on mainstream GPUs which OC with ease and the fan can be manually controlled..

I have the same problem except my card is a GTX 570. Can anyone help?
