Hi all,
I'm looking to build a budget PC for my Mom. She mainly browses the internet and streams HD video.
I'm primarily looking for a solid dual core (or perhaps quad core) CPU if possible. No serious graphics card is needed.
She pretty much leaves the computer on 24/7 so components that use little power and are quiet are preferable.
