I am looking at upgrading my graphics card from the Gigabyte GTX 560 to EVGA GTX770 SC ACX,
My CPU is: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.6GHz
My motherboard is : Gigabyte Z68M-D2H.
Someone has already verified that my power supply is sufficient.
I have 8gb RAM.
Is there any other parts I need to consider before upgrading that may bottleneck the GTX770?

You might need a little overclock, but the 2500k is still fairly strong.
