I recently purchased a Toshiba Canvio Connect 2TB External Drive. I accidentally formatted it before copying the pre-loaded files and utilities. What can I do?

Thanks for the help guys. I already tried the Toshiba website but couldn't really find the required files. I even tried the file recovery software but to no avail.
I was hoping if someone with a similar drive could probably send the files or upload them online.
