Above is the system I'm planning on purchasing and in order to get parts to overclock I'd have to upgrade my mobo and cpu costing a total of $103. I heard overclocking the cpu will benefit video encoding and rendering (not entirely sure if true) and overclocking the gpu will help with gaining fps. To be honest $103 isn't too much compared to the amount spent on the entire build but is it necessary to upgrade? What other benefits besides listed will I get.

Thanks.

I live in Australia so prices are more expensive. Only thing I can order from amazon is the os ssd and ram which is slightly cheaper. I wasnt comparing any mobo or cpu. Was just wondering as to whether it will be worth it. If you mean what my previous parts were, they were the 4670 and h87 d3h gigabyte.

What benefits does more ram provide because I was planning on just doon casual video editing
