So I recently got a new monitor (Insignia 1080p) and when I push the resolution on my computer above 1600x900 some pixels will start to flicker. But their not dead pixels, cause they move around everytime I change the resolution or turn the screen of and on.
P.S. I have a Radeon HD 7870 GHz Editon, I'm using HDMI (and I have tried changing cables), I've also tried downgrading CCC (Catalyst Control Centre)

, but if I may ask what is the reason that the HDMI does that?
