To post your benchmarks usually using the printscreen button and saving the photo will work, and valley has a feature of saving each benchmark, which you will have to go into the valley file location and find the benchmark. Not sure if it will be in picture form, but it will give you the numbers from your benchmark

and the ways to upload the photo are nearly countless. You can use photobucket and link the photo, you can sometimes post the actual photo in your reply to wherever you are trying to show your benchmark, and so on

Nope, i'm not sure if you can actually upload photos to these forums, but the photobucket would be a good idea to try (you basically upload the photo there, then post the link here and people can see it that way)

You can either reply or just submit a new post like i am doing. If you are replying, scroll down to the bottom and start typing at the very bottom of what you are replying to , under the (:/quote:)  type thing (definitely not what it actually, but trying to help visually. No photo has been posted on this forum yet

dont worry about deleting posts :)  basically i'm the only one being notified at this point anyway, deleting post will be right next to the reply button and will look like a red trashcan

Ok, so basically when you are posting, instead of writing in the text box at the bottom of the forum, click the "post an answer" button instead. From there it will give you more options for posting, and you will click the post picture button to post a photo. Find the photo you want to post, right click on the photo, and click copy image url. Then post it into where it asks you to in the text box that appears near the top of the page when you click the add photo button

It appears for this site, you will need to have your photo posted online at least somewhere in order to post it using the image url
