Own a Asus Z87-Pro, great thus far. I would assume you have the other parts (GPU, HDD, SDD etc etc) Asrock are great and cheaper than Asus. Again all on your preference. Are you certain that you will be Overclocking?
I want it to be compatible with Intel Core i5-4670K. ATX, my build price is around 800-900 dollars, so for the motherboard maybe 80- 200 max. Are Asus motherboards good or are there better motherboards from other companies?

so i suggest you get another non K processor (you will end up saving some serious cash in the CPU and Motherboard), this is an option. Of course as with anything do your homework (doesn't include keyboard, cd-rom drive or monitor)
YOu can certainly go cheaper if you choose AMD components or down to an i3
