O oldster Honorable Nov 16, 2013 6 0 10,510 Dec 26, 2013 #1 Just bought a Corsair H60 cooler and directions say to connect pump to any available 3 pin connector. My Asus M5A78L-M mobo only has a 3 pin chasis fan connector and 4 pin cpu fan connector. Am I screwed or am I missing something?

Solution tinmann Dec 26, 2013 I see what you mean. Your motherboard only has two fan connections. What you can do is get a fan splitter that is powered by a molex connector to power your chassis fans and connect the Corsair H60 to you motherboard fan connector. I've used the Bitspower X-Station Power Extension I before. It comes in ten different LED variants. http://www.frozencpu.com/products/7136/bus-127/Bitspower_X-Station_Power_Extension_II_-_Blue_LED_BP-XSP2M-BL.html?tl=g34c17s424&id=RIJhyc8T There are less expensive models by other companies also as low as $4.50. also. http://www.frozencpu.com/cat/l3/g34/c17/s424/list/p1/Bay_Devices-Fan_Controllers-Multi_Fan_Ports-Page1.html HAPPY NEW YEAR
