Hey guys im not sure if you can help me or even know what im talking about but i just built my pc on christmas eve and it wont turn on. Here are my specs if you need them:
CPU- intel i3 4130
Mobo- asrock fatal1ity z87 killer
Grapichs card- ASUS R9 270x
RAM- ripjaws x 8 gb
PSU- coolermaster i600 600 wats
But heres my problem, it has power because it glows but the fans arent moving on the case and the PSU fan are not moving so i dont know what to do! Please help
