Whatever you order, get a single package of the amount you want, there's no guarantee to packages of DRAM will even play together, and the 1333/9 will still outperform the 1600/11

They are both about dead even, the 1600 has wider bandwidth, but at a slower turnover with the loose CL of 11, the slower freq 1333/9 might slightly outperform the 1600 sticks as it will perform more actions in a time period that the CL11 - ideally you would want a minimum of 1600/9 or better as an entry set of DRAM w/ todays systems
