Hello a few months ago I built a low price gaming pc. I went with a gigabyte 78lmt usb3 motherboard which I beleive has the 760g chipset. I see a lot of people saying that if you get fx cup's to get a 970 or better chipset. what's the difference between them? what improvements will a 990 have over a 970. I read that they OC better and that it simply because they are made for those cpus. Would I see performance differences if I got a 970? Overall I am very pleased with my build, I was just wondering what differences there are.
