Installing Windows 7 on SSD

Hi, I just recently bought a 128GB SSD for gaming and my OS and I have a 1TB HDD that has Windows 7 on it. Is it possible to clean install 7on the SSD instead of migrating/cloning the HHD? Thanks

Yes. That is actually the recommended course of action.

Remove any other drives
Connect the SSD
Install

If I disconnect the HDD, how will I install Windows 7 from it to the SSD?

You can't 'install' from one drive to another. You install from an installation DVD (or USB)

You can download the relevant Windows 7 ISO from here:

Burn to a DVD and install with your valid activation key.
