PSU bottlenecking my rig?

I got this budget PSU and I'm wondering if it's hindering my rig particularly for overclocking?

Hi,

Your link is general in for for 3 different PSU.
For your GPU to run properly you need a good 600w PSU. So get the sl-600. You also get 2 X pcie molex with it.

Form what I read cougar psu are good psu.

Quoting ko888. You need a PSU that will give at least 42A on a 12V rail, whereas the best cougar PSU you linked will only put out 25A on a 12V rail.
