Ok so I am looking at upgrading my computer, mainly for gaming. I have picked out a CPU, RAM, and Motherboard and am wondering how well it will work with the other components inside my computer currently.

GPU - Geforce GTX 295
New Mobo - ASRock LGA 1155 Intel Z77
New RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8 GB Corsair Vengeance 8 GB
New CPU - Intel Core i5-3570K
PSU - Around 600 watts

So tell me what you guys think, what I could improve or change, and if anything is not going to work. Thank you.

Solution
-Well the Motherboard, CPU and RAM all all good to go, hope you have picked a kit of 2x4GB of RAM so they would work in dual channel mode.
-Next thing is the GPU, if budget allows
-About PSU, 600w will be enough if you are not going to SLI/Crossfire in the future. Choose the brands like: Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic or Antec

Thank you very much for your input. The video card is the next thing I plan to upgrade, also the RAM I found is 2x4GB. I will keep in mind those brands while looking for PSUs in the future. Thank you and have a nice day.
