This is the lowest i could get, so the CPU and GPU will not bottleneck

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($139.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P ATX AM3+/AM3 Motherboard ($115.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($65.00 @ PCCaseGear)
Total: $319.00
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

Better add another stick of 4GB RAM in the future, so the RAM would run in dual channel mode.

Hi,
300 $ will be a tight fit for a descent computer.

fx-6300 139.99 ==> http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=21808&cPath=1512

Gigabyte GA-970A-D3P 115.00 ==> http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_803&products_id=24181

G.Skill Ripjaws F3-12800CL8D-8GBRM 8GB 105.00 ==> http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=18972

TOTAL 359.99.
This is the best I can do for a descent build for your GPU.
Getting a cheaper CPU would bottleneck you GPU.
The motherboard is the best cheap one you can get on that website.
you can probably get only 4 gb ram right now and be ok for most of games but I recommend getting 8 gb right now so you won't have to worry about that later.

Thank you both for the reply, and i will most likely be going with this build now, one more question tho, i have a 775 cpu fan, would that work with the mobo you listed or would i need a new one? as im guessing AMD and Intel use different Cpu fan sockets.

You have socket 775 stock CPU cooler or third party socket 775 CPU cooler, (and which one)? Some CPU cooler are compatible with many Intel and AMD sockets
