I am looking at getting the CM Seidon 120V for a new pc but I a completely new to water-cooling so I was wondering how often it would require maintenance and what I would have to do. The CM website says it needs 'zero maintenance for years' but I doubt that and would I still have too clean the radiator and fan occasionally? Also I was wondering how much noise it would make with an FX8320?

Its a CLC cooler, no maintenance involved other than just generally dusting it off, which you should be doing for your PC anyway.
Noise, no idea. I guess look up a review of it, they would have something in the way of sound testing.
