I have a Ultra Book that I use to play video games (GTX 760m). I was using a 720p T.V for a long time, but got a 1080 one for Christmas. I went to go turn 1080p on in the game Killing Floor, and it only goes up to like 768p. Is that just the game or what. I know TF2 has 1080p, and that didn't work either.
Can't display 1080p.

Are you now connecting via HDMI cable? If so and you have Nvidia card, I know for a fact you have to install the driver correctly to use it. Maybe back when you were not using 1080p you didn't care to install that part of the driver package.
