Does anyone have a system build That could run all games at ultra with 60fps while recording with either Fraps. I would really like to have a R9 290 but I am willing to take anything with great performance. I would also like to have windows eigth in the price. I am willing to have anything between $900- $1100 please help and any suggestins help
