updated nvidia drivers xp problem?

Updated my Nvidia Geforce in installation process windows poped-up a little warning but i proceded anyway , now my computer is lagging so badly i cannot even do something on it! Please help here! Im running xp .

Why did you update the drivers? If old drivers were working okay you should have left them alone. Just because an update is available doesn't mean you have to install it. Only install new driver package if it offers to fix a specific problem or if it adds new features which you need.

Go into Device Manager.
Double-click the Nvidia Geforce item under "Display Adapters".
Click the "Driver" tab.
Click "Roll back driver".

In future, if drivers are working okay (any drivers) leave them alone.
