Software Issue detected

I can't do anything with this computer. I keep getting this error code:

The endpoint mapper database entry could not be created. (0x8007076)

I had to try to do a chkdsk to get in windows. Not sure if I should turn it back off at this point

Any Help would be appreciated

you might have contracted a virus or accidentally deleted something you should not have
try a re-image, this is where you reinstall a clean copy of windows onto your pc (it will delete all your created documents and programs tho)
Start windows in safe mode (hold down F8 on boot)
copy all work/important files onto external hard drive or flash drive if possible
turn off computer
turn computer back on and insert windows disk

or you could try a hard drive replacement
