Hyper 212 Evo or H60?

Hi, i'm planning to build a pc and dont know what cooler to go for, the cpu im gonna be using is an i3 4130. Ive had cpu overheating issues in the past so im being a bit weary on this build.

An i3 doesn't need such expensive cooler like the H60. Go for the Hyper 212 EVO, it is almost as good as the H60, and a lot cheaper

The Hyper 212 performers about 1-2 degrees cooler than the H60 (tested my self) only reason you should consider getting the H60 over the Hyper 212 is the fact that is smaller and looks cool over the huge air cooler.

I would definitely choose the cooler master, the cpu you are getting is not unlocked and therefore will never need water cooling, plus if I were going to even get an i7 and overclock allot I would never go lower than a h80, from other peoples experiences I know the performance usually drops off there. So all in all the cooler master will be plenty even if your running boost.
