To explain what I have on my computer:
I've got all the components for my PC on the 24. I assembled it that day and installed only the applications that I had on my previous computer that I needed for the time being (Steam, Call of Duty Ghosts, Call of Duty Black Ops 2, Malwarebytes, Skype, TeamSpeak 3, Battle.net desktop app, Hearthstone, prime95, RealTempGT) That said, I'm pretty sure (but I could be absolutely wrong) this isn't virus connected.

For the issue:
I had been able to play freely for the last two days (24-26th) until today where I had shut down my computer to go to the gym, and upon return I turn it on and it just keeps restarting. It doesn't even go past the windows start up. This means I'm not able to boot in safe mode and I cannot even do the Automatic System Repair that is prompted when I start (between Start Windows normally and the repair feature). It just keeps restarting until I manually turn it off. I removed the hard drive to see if it was a motherboard failure, but it appeared fine, it just stated it couldn't boot from anything and I could type somethings in what appeared to be motherboard command prompt.

Logically from that point I changed the bios to start from my optical drive, but the problem persisted (this is with the hard drive reconnected). So when I was going to repair and reinstall the OS it would just restart even before reaching the windows start logo. I have all the BIOS on default so that is not tampered with. There are no compatibility errors and I need your guys' help with this one.

Thanks for any feedback. I've also got everything to return (RMA) parts so if there are any suspected faulty parts I'd be willing to send back to get a new one.

Edit: Was suggested to remove HDD and just boot from DVD and problem still is happening.

If removing the HDD and inserting a bootable DVD, does the system boot from it?

I just unplugged my HDD and booted just from the DVD and it will load the files and the problem with occur again, restarting until I do it manually.

As far as my knowledge goes that is my HDD out of the image and it the problem pertains to the mobo, ram, cpu.

Thanks again for the quick response.

Just to make sure, did the system restart even with the HDD disconnected?

Sorry I didn't add it to my build list. I'm using the:
EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support w/ EVGA ACX Cooler Video Card

Is there enough time for checking the CPU temperature in BIOS?

The thing is, I have never been restarted in the BIOS or the selection screen (between "repair" and "launch windows normally"). I can tweak anything and everything in the BIOS (and I haven't, everything is on default). The restarting only happens 3-4 seconds after I select one of those options.

Anyways, answering your question:
CPU temp: 29C
Mobo temp: 25C

Thanks alexoiu for taking the time to respond. I have found the problem was that I had my CPU string clock at 4600Hz and my CPU voltage wasn't high enough to power it and that is why it would keep responding. Nevertheless, I'm very grateful for your help mate!

Thank you for the follow up. We should have started the troubleshooting by clearing the CMOS. Lesson learned.
