The chances are that if your CPU and RAM are slow, the 336 cuds cores will lock you up. That happened to my 2.13ghz dual core pc with 2gb of DDR2 800. So bad in fact that Windows XP would die about every 2 minutes handling those drivers. I now run the following:
FX8350 @ 4.5ghz
GTX 460
Rocketfish 900W PSU
16gb DDR3 1600 RAM
That system cost me about $560. Find someone who has a spare copy of windows 7. I run ultimate 64 bit, and I got it completely free. Thats my advice.
