I bought a new computer and It's usually quiet. But when I play games on it, it get's a little louder. But when I play Dota 2 with my friends in the Steam chat, the picture freezes and I have to close the program. Many other times, the PC just restarts itself. It will make a lound whirring sound and fill my headphones with static, and restart. My specs are:

RAM: 8.00 GB
