Asus AI Suite II auto tuning overclock. How can I set it back to normal?

So I once decided to try out the extreme overclocking this software has to fofer, and did got some good speeds (up to 4.3 or so, with a fx 4130 originally clocked at 3.8 on a m5a97 mobo), but it turns out the temps are a bit out of normal even with my coolermasters hyper 212 on it. Of course, I'm talking about work temps, when the CPU is at its full speed Normaly from 20º to 30º while idle, 40º to 50º while gaming and at load it goes up to 62º (celsius). So I would like to know how do I set the clock speeds back to normal again, like to undo the auto tunning it has done, since I don't seem to find the option for it. Thanks in advance

Solution
There should be a default button in the program or a preset that says normal or default. U can also clear the cmos by pulling the battery on the board, hit the reset or clr cmos or bios button and i think the mem ok button resets the memory clocks and cpu clocks to default without messing with bios settings.

U can also go into the bios and i think the aisuite program and manually set the clock back to 3.8 as its a black edition cpu u can manually set the clock and reset the voltage to auto
