New Build Boot Issue

Connected everything together, and when I start the boot process by pressing power. Both CPU and Graphics Card fans start but cut off not even 10 seconds later. Power on the disc drive starts and I can hear a click, but turns off along with the fans. It will do this off and on until I turn power off from behind PC.

Any tips to troubleshoot this?

Take the mob out of the case set it on a non-static surface and test outside the case if it boots your mob is grounding out in the case typically cased by a missed placed mob stand/screw etc
