Was looking to buy a new boardboard, still using a $12 logitech keyboard i got when i first got a decent computer, and it gets the job done but would like a new one. Was thinking about the microsoft sidewinder x4 or the corsair k30, both go for about $50, and the sidewinder is on sale more often for like $40. Price is kind of an issue, as spending $100+ on a keyboard isnt exactly something i want to do. I would consider $80 or so, but i like the backlighting color isnt an issue, a num pad and thats really it for a must have, dont mind the rubber domes or mechanical either, they both work for me. For price the x4 and k30 seem to be the best options, but not sure if i should go for a good quality mechanical keyboard and spend about double the price. any recommendations? or should i get the x4 or k30?
